• Mr. Rimbo Bawono has been in law practice for over 14 years advising and representing domestic and foreign corporation Clients.
  Mr. Rimbo Bawono has substantial knowledge and experience in the banking and finance field, he assisted domestic and international banks, financing companies (among others Bank Danamon, Bank Niaga, Bank International Indonesia ) and debtors as well on merger and acquisition, corporate and debt restructuring, commercial, debt instruments, fraud, taxation and bankruptcy matters. He also involved in Insurance Litigation cases such as American Insurance Group, Asuransi Astra Buana, AIA Indonesia.
  He has involved in re-capitalization of Indonesian bank under Indonesian Bank for Restructuring Agency (IBRA) program – BPPN). He has acted as an in house lawyer for PT. Bank Sahid Gajah Perkasa, PT. Bank Dagang Dan Industri. He has also act as a Corporate Secretary for PT. Bank Dagang Dan Industri, Jakarta office.
  Mr. Rimbo Bawono began his career at PT. Bank Jaya International in 1990 –1992. In 1992 – 1993, he worked for PT Bank Dagang Dan Industri . Head of Credit Administration at PT Bank Dagang Dan Industri (1993 –1996). Head of Operational at PT. Bank Dagang Dan Industri (1996-1997). Head of Legal Department at PT. Bank dagang Dan Industri (1997-1999). Prior to his current involvement at Aditomo Ariyanto Peri Hantono Law Firm as a Partner, he involved intensively in Indonesian Bank for Restructuring Agency (IBRA) program – BPPN)
