• Mr. Eko Peri Hantono has been in law practice for over 15 years advising and representing domestic and foreign corporation Clients.

  Mr. Eko Peri Hantono has substantial knowledge and experience in the banking and finance field, he assisted domestic and international banks, financing companies (among others Bank Danamon, Bank Niaga, Bank International Indonesia ) and debtors as well on merger and acquisition, corporate and debt restructuring, commercial, debt instruments, fraud, loan syndication, taxation and bankruptcy matters. He also involved in Insurance Litigation cases such as American Insurance Group, Asuransi Astra Buana, AIA Indonesia. He handled extensively in various of corporate and commercial matters.

  In real estate, he has represented PT. DKU, a developer company, to deal with international hotel chain (Aston) for operation of an apartment complex. He has also acted as a counsel to the construction and operation of Serpong Town Square . He has involved in re-capitalization of Indonesian bank under Indonesian Bank for Restructuring Agency (IBRA) program – BPPN). He has acted as an in house lawyer for PT. Bank Niaga in Regional Special Asset Management Area I, and as an Assistant Vice President for Legal Special Asset Management, Task Force and Corporate Legal Affairs of PT Bank Universal.

  Mr. Eko Peri Hantono began his career as an Associate at Taty Mulyati & Partner in 1991 –1993. Partner at Hartono Soerjopratiknyo & Partners in 1993 – 1995. He worked for PT. Bank Niaga during 1995 –1996. As an Assistant Vice President for Legal Special Asset Management, Task Force, Corporate Legal Affairs at PT. Bank Universal.
