• Mr. Dradjad Aditomo has been in law practice for over 14 years advising and representing domestic and foreign corporation Clients.
  Mr. Dradjad Aditomo has substantial knowledge and experience in the banking and finance field, he assisted domestic and international banks, financing companies (among others Bank Danamon, Bank Niaga, Bank International Indonesia ) and debtors as well on merger and acquisition, corporate and debt restructuring, commercial, debt instruments, fraud, taxation and bankruptcy matters. He also involved in Insurance Litigation cases such as American Insurance Group, Asuransi Astra Buana, AIA Indonesia.
  He has involved in re-capitalization of Indonesian bank under Indonesian Bank for Restructuring Agency (IBRA) program – BPPN). He has acted as an in house lawyer for Bank Universal chaired Fraud Management, Security Safety Management, Investigation matters, Collection Settlement and Litigation matters related to after-Auction period.
  Mr. Dradjad Aditomo began his career at PT. Lippo Bank in 1990 –1992. In 1992 – 1996, he worked for PT Bank Bali. Assistant Vice President at Bank Universal (1996 –2002). Now, Founder and Partner at Aditomo Ariyanto Peri Hantono Law Firm.
